Guides and service pages are general information. Every home is different, so a plumber has to look at your situation before recommending work. Do not rely on the site as a substitute for a visit when water, gas or electricity is involved.

Emergencies

If anyone is in danger, call 911. If you smell gas, leave the building first and call from outside. For plumbing emergencies that do not involve immediate danger, call our dispatch line.

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Services and pricing

Service is arranged by phone. You receive a clear price before work starts, and any change to the scope is explained and agreed before it is made. Appointment availability, including same-day appointments, depends on the schedule at the time you call.
